Jurk, but sesame


 4 cups flour

 1/4 cup warm water

 1 teaspoon salt

 3 tablespoons of oil

 1/2 teaspoon yeast

 3/4 cup sesame


 How to prepare ::


 1.  In a large bowl, mix all ingredients except for sesame and knead for about 10 minutes by hand or for 4 minutes with an electric kneader.  It is possible to add additional flour if needed.  When the dough is ready, cover and leave for about an hour until it doubles in size and ferments.


 2.  The dough is kneaded again after it has been fermented to get rid of the fermentation in the first part of the dough preparation process and divide it into eight pieces.


 3.  Each piece is rolled by hand, then rolled into a circle.  Dip a plate full of warm water, then another plate of sesame.


 4.  Lay out the cakes on a tray and leave to rest for 10-15 minutes.


 5.  A tray filled with water is placed at the bottom of the oven, then the oven is heated to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.


 5. Bake the cakes for 30-35 minutes until they are golden in color, fluffy on the outside and fluffy on the inside.  Bon appetite.
