Ingredients:

Butter - 50 g


Milk - 100 ml.


Cream cheese (Vladivian) - 220 gr


6 eggs (we separate the white from the yolk)


A small spoon of vanilla


A small spoon of baking powder


1 tablespoon lemon juice


A grain of salt


50 gm of flour


Half a cup of sugar


50 grams starch

Preparation:


.


Put the butter, milk and cheese in a mixing bowl and mix well, then add the egg yolks one by one.

Mix well, add lemon juice, baking powder, starch and flour, and stir well.

And put it aside ..

Then we beat the egg white with the sugar until the mixture becomes like cream, then add it to the cake mixture and stir it well.

Then we bring the cheesecake pan, spread it with butter paper, pour the mixture in it and wrap around the cake with tin foil.

And put it in a tray of hot water (a water bath) and enter the oven .. in the middle .. for about an hour at a temperature of 160 degrees until the cake is done, cut and serve
